Functions of the Controller of Examination Office

1 Examination Planning and Scheduling
- Preparing and publishing the academic calendar for semester and annual examinations.
- Coordinating with departments to finalise exam timetables and schedules.
- Managing logistics for smooth execution of examinations, including venue allocation and invigilation assignments.
2. Question Paper Management
- Overseeing the preparation, review, and approval of question papers in coordination with subject experts.
- Ensuring the confidentiality and secure storage of question papers until examination day.
3. Conduct of Examinations
- Organising and supervising internal, semester, and entrance examinations across various disciplines.
- Addressing issues such as exam malpractices, discipline, and adherence to examination rules.
