Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Administration Section are
- To handle all Court cases of University before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Lower Courts, Sub-Ordinate Courts, Labour Commissioner, Tribunals etc. including all property related cases.
- To get all the legal vettings and legal opinion on the files/ MoUs/ Contracts/ Agreements etc from the Standing Counsel of the University.
- Any other work assigned from time to time.
